Did you guys watch Arrow on Wednesday night? If you’re anything like me, you’ve been missing superheroes on your TV or computer screen since Smallville went off the air. If you’ve gotten past The CW not casting Justin Hartley as the Green Arrow, you were probably thrilled to see a much darker version of the character hit the small screen.

I got a chance to chat with the new Arrow, Stephen Amell at New York Comic Con this weekend and learned quite a bit about what’s coming for the show, riding a Ducati (which he says is the coolest part of the show) and a bit about that famous ab shot on the exercise bar.
